The pickup times of the airport shuttle was a lie. I timed it the guy did NOT run every 30 mins I have emails to prove this. The driver must have gotten lost twice or something. The backyard or courtyard hasn't been mowed or maintained or trash removed in years. It looked horrible. The inside was cute but small. I specifically paid for a full bed they just pushed two twin beds together which killed my back. However the hot water like true hot water after being in egypt and a proper shower felt great.

Air conditioning not effective

The air conditioning in the room we were originally assigned was not working. They moved us to a new room. However, the air conditioning was not much better. The temperature outside wasn't super hot (mid 70's Fahrenheit), yet the room never seemed to cool down. The plusses: The rooms were clean. The shuttle to/from the Frankfurt airport was timely and efficient.

Shuttle service excellent. Air conditioning still not working although it was not too hot when we were there. Towels were threadbare. Restaurant was mixed. Excellent salad but uninspired ravioli. Good bed and they supplied two different sizes of pillows, very thoughtful.

Receptionist spent 15 minutes counting money as we waited. When finished, she’d said restaurant open till 10. Got to restaurant 10 minutes before 10! One waiter said they were closed. Some other server did seat us and serve us
