5-star hotel in central Frankfurt. Rooms are impeccable, great pillows, mattresses, entertainment. Situated close to everything. Staff are all highly trained and spectacular. Very expensive but you get what you pay for. Would avoid restaurant "Oscar's-" overpriced and poor service/food average at best. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Avoid "Valet" parking- public parking garage across street 25 Euro/day and that's where valet parks car and charges 45 Euro/day

The room was amazing. From cleanliness to amenities including having two individual covers on the bed. (Something we always struggle to get at other hotels) Staff were amazing all through the hotel. Breakfast was superb. We had dinner one night in the hotel and it too was amazing.

A lovely traditional hotel right in the centre of Frankfurt. Staff were super helpful especially the concierge who helped us with all our restaurant bookings. The gym & spa were great although be aware there is no swimming pool. We booked breakfast & in hindsight we should have had breakfast out & about as although the breakfast choice was very good & extensive, the breakfast room was very busy & hot & felt a little hectic. I would stay here again if visiting Frankfurt & would recommend the hotel for location & old fashioned grandeur!

Definitely not a 5-Star hotel. Hotel is very dated which isn't a bad thing, it's just not my thing. Staff was clueless and didn't want to speak English. We asked for a couple of items (bottle opener and a fork). They didn't understand what a fork was?! They tried to give us someone else's order for room service. We ordered Uber, we had to go downstairs to get it ourselves because the bellboy wasn't allowed to ... so not a 5-Star hotel. They only had one elevator which seemed like a mile down from our room. Definitely not a 5-Star.
