Shuttle service pick up every hour. Check schedule table and be prepared. Shuttle shared with another hotel and some people have no idea and leave in the wrong spot. Driver dont even announce each stop. The entire hotel is handled by a single employee (front desk, bartender, janitor, breakfast) do not expect much service specially after hours. Check your room well before unpacking, just in case. Beds are ok, bath very clean.

Can't get a second key. The room was extremely small and cramped, making it difficult for two guests. Arrived 1 hour before check-in, staff stated that rooms were ready, but I would be charged for an early check-in. This makes little sense. The shuttle was full, and we almost could not board, which would have been very inconvenient

The Shuttle bus is only ONCE an hour, and gets really full This morning a bunch of people had to order a taxi. The bus arrived already loaded with guests.

Had a lot of trouble with “online” check-in, once we were able to speak to a real person it went better. Our first room was dirty so we went back and got a different room. Rooms are very small and barren. Nothing extra, no kleenex, face cloths, separate soap (3 in one), no way to call reception. The lounge is okay and the staff were nice. The online pictures are definitely better than the real thing! The price of the room was very reasonable, this now makes more sense☹️

When we arrived, we checked in on line in the lobby. I had already paid in advance for our stay. I was advised that I owed 8 euros. I paid it, not knowing why. It was a Sunday night when we arrived and just one person working and he could not advise me. I asked a woman at the front desk in the morning about it. She said that she could not explain it but that she would ask her supervisor. I did not hear from anyone before leaving. The charge remains on my card. Thanks for looking into this.

Prefight overnight in Frankfurt

We lucked out getting the airport shuttle. The schedule should be made easier to find. The front desk staff guy was very quick in getting us checked in with a key. The room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. The shower water pressure was very good too. Breakfast served our needs, automatic coffee selection machine, fresh baked croissants, and the usual suspects of continental breakfast choices. We'd go back for a night by the airport again.

Was fine for an overnight airport hotel. Shuttle is about a 20 minute ride once you board, so it can be a while if you add in waiting time at the terminal. Room was clean and quiet.
