Franklin is waiting for you at this 3-bedroom cabin. The property is located in a secluded, private setting, approximately half a mile off the main road. You'll be surrounded by nature and enjoy a truly tranquil experience. Inside, guests find a king bed, a queen bed, and a full bed, perfect for a restful night. The cabin features three bathrooms. A nice living room offers a cozy sofa bed, ideal for extra guests or relaxing evenings. This delightful cabin creates a tranquil atmosphere where guests can unwind and enjoy their stay. We look forward to hosting you at our place. There is a woodstove for your enjoyment and also a propane heater. You will have plenty of warmth.

All stays include coffee, hot chocolate, Vermont half and half, sugar, bottled water, Cracker Barrel pancake mix, local VT maple syrup produced from the trees on the property, and blueberries harvest locally at Liberty Hill Farm & Berries.

The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need including spices, baking supplies, paper supplies, kitchen utensils, pots, pans, dishes, & more.

This property is located off grid,but you are not lacking for power or internet. Typically you will need to charge the batteries once per day and this process is automated and easy to accomplish. We also have high speed satellite internet from Star Link. We are adding onsite solar panels with the goal of eliminating the daily charging of batteries.

Free breakfast is available. This cabin also features barbecue grills, a garden, and laundry facilities.
