Apartment was on the 3rd floor, not a problem for us. We didn't look for an elevator. It was clean, A/C worked great. The only thing to complain is when sliding the blinds over to open balcony doors 2 of the hanging blinds fell off and I couldn't get them to rehang. Not a problem just didn't want to get charged for them. Beds are comfortable, everything we needed except body soap and shampoo were supplied. No extra TP. We will stay again while in the area.

The location was a little tricky but that was my gps issue. Once you realize it is set a little off the street that was the trickiest part. There is that it is 3rd floor so if you have issues with stairs, there is no elevator. However, everything else was great! The location was:- clean and smelled fresh and nice walking in- we were there when it wasn’t really hot so just having the AC in the livingroom as a window unit was ok- the rooms were pretty spacious- loved there was a balcony as we had a person that smoked and walking up and down the 3 flights would have been a little trickier * our adult had an ashtray and did not litter * please consider being considerate for the property- spacious kitchen- clean bathroom and shower- living room with bar stools was great and cozy- getting in was no issuesWould only recommend providing check out instructions as it helps to know what the owner needs / expects. We are middle aged adults so we would not leave anything a mess but could see where that would be useful for others as we did look for them. Very nice location and close by the theater we were in town for. Was easy and the area felt safe.

Good price, good space

For the cost of a hotel stay, it was nice to have the separate (2) bedrooms, living room, kitchen, and even a balcony. That said, I was baffled by having no ac in the bedrooms. The living area was plenty cool, but it was hot in the sleeping areas. It was only made worse when a family member used the washer and dryer, which seems to vent all its heat into the back bedroom. The unit was mostly clean, but the coffee maker needs descaling, the bathroom could use a new shower curtain liner and stain removal in tub. Also, toilet ran continuously. Not a bad stay for the cost, especially if you stay in cool weather. But several issues can be easily fixed.
