Disliked: Cleanliness
I understand that you’re new to hosting, and I truly hope you succeed. Because of that, I want to offer some honest and constructive feedback from my stay.Unfortunately, the cleanliness and overall condition of the property need significant improvement. The bathroom, in particular, did not feel clean or inviting, which made it uncomfortable to shower or even brush my teeth. The sofas appeared heavily soiled and would benefit from either deep cleaning or replacement. Updating the furniture — even with gently used pieces — would make a big difference in how the space feels. I also noticed dust on the end tables and coffee table, which raised concerns about overall cleaning standards.We stayed in the bedroom with the queen bed. The mattress in that room was acceptable, but the mattresses in the second bedroom were in very poor condition. Additionally, throughout the night there was persistent chewing or scratching noise coming from inside the wall near the queen bedroom, which sounded like a rodent. This made it very difficult to sleep.Because of these issues, I did not feel comfortable during my stay. I genuinely believe this property has potential — especially given the location in Franklin — but I would strongly recommend taking it off the market temporarily to address cleanliness, pest control, and furniture updates before continuing to host guests.I’m sharing this feedback in the spirit of helping you improve, not to be unkind.
