The Space:

Lakeside Serenity is a comfortable, easygoing lakefront home designed for guests looking to relax and enjoy the outdoors.



Inside, the home offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms with plenty of space for families or small groups. The oversized primary suite features a King size bed and large bathroom with a walk-in shower and a soaking tub, perfect for unwinding after a day on the lake. Additional sleeping arrangements include a queen bedroom and a room with two full beds.



The home is equipped with Smart TVs in the living room, queen bedroom, and a secondary den space with a futon, giving everyone room to spread out and relax. Offering a comfortable, inviting atmosphere and is thoughtfully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay.



Step outside and you’ll find where this property truly shines, an unobstructed view of the lake, a spacious patio with outdoor seating and grill, and a great yard featuring a firepit area and picnic table. Guests also have access to two kayaks for enjoying the water.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the home, patio, yard, firepit area, and lake access via built-in steps.

The shed is not accessible to guests

A few closets and storage areas will be locked for owner use

Guests may use the provided kayaks and are asked to return them to the rack after use



The Neighborhood:

Located on the shores of Lake Palestine near Frankston, this home offers a quiet, laid-back lake environment perfect for relaxing and reconnecting with nature. It’s an ideal setting for guests looking to escape the hustle and enjoy slower-paced lake life.



Getting Around:

We recommend having a personal vehicle to get around. The property offers a large driveway with ample parking for multiple vehicles, and easy access to surrounding lake communities and nearby towns.



Other Things to Note:

• Lake access is available via steps — no private pier

• Please do not access neighboring docks or properties

• Swimming, kayaking, and water activities are at your own risk

• Kayaks must be returned to the rack after use

• Firepit available for guest use (please plan to bring your own firewood and please follow all safety precautions)



• On occasion, the homeowners may be present on the property in a separate 5th wheel trailer near the garage. This is typically limited to short visits, but the length of their stay may fluctuate throughout the year. They are super sweet, primarily spending their time while in town visiting family, they will respect guest privacy and keep interactions minimal



• Some storage areas are locked for owner use

• The shed is not accessible to guests

• This is a pet free property, no exceptions.
