This cozy 2-bedroom on the second floor, in Fraser’s Grand Park neighborhood, near trails, free shuttle, activities and events. Upon entering the unit, a designated area for storing all outdoor equipment, a hallway with washer and dryer. The living room features an open floor plan, ceiling fan, expansive windows with mountain views, flat screen TV, a gas stove fireplace, private deck with BBQ grill. A gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, wooden cabinetry, stainless-steel appliances, breakfast bar. The dining area has seating for four. Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, children’s pack-n-play crib, private ski locker.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or have pets on the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a $200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.
