Brand new mountain condo has plenty of room for everyone! One mile from downtown Winter Park and less than ten minutes from the ski area. Granby, Grand lake, Rocky Mountain national park are all easily accessible! We have spared no expense to make sure every guest has a wonderful and comfortable stay, from the premium bedding, all brand new beds and furniture, to the custom bunk beds in the study! The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to make an extended stay or a quick weekend. We have provided a new Keurig k cup machine as well as a Nespresso for those who enjoy the pick me up of an espresso!
Relax in the brand new 6 person hot tub on the private balcony over looking the beautiful sprawling mountains. The balcony also has anew natural gas grill.
The two main bedrooms have new King beds with premium mattresses and bedding for the perfect night’s sleep. Each bedroom, including the bunk room, has new smart tvs. We have also included a highchair and pack and play for little ones. This is a second floor unit which has high ten foot ceilings and a corner gas fireplace to cozy up to on those cold mountain nights. A new front load washer and dryer are located in the condo, all toiletries including shampoo, body wash, and conditioner are included in the bathrooms. We also have a pack and play, high chair, and games included for the little ones. The dining table has seating for 8 plus the kitchen island has four comfortable chairs. The main living room has a new 65 inch smart tv with a comfy leather sofa which is also a queen sleeper that has an upgraded memory foam mattress. Free shuttles run in front of the condos to the ski resorts and surrounding areas. Private locked ski locker right outside the front door to conveniently store your gear.

This condo offers its guests a hot tub, barbecue grills, and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
