The Neighborhood:
LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! One mile to the South is downtown Winter Park, with it's countless shops, galleries, restaurants, bars, breweries and an outdoor amphitheater that hosts festivals and concerts in the summer months.

Just one block to the North is downtown Fraser featuring coffee shops, restaurants, ski and bike shops, breweries and a distillery. Right outside the front door is Vicious Cycle Brewery which offers a rotating list of amazing beers and a great place to hang with friends. With a walkway connecting the two towns, you will have easy access right from the front door of the condo!

The free LIFT Bus picks up just in front of the building so you never have to drive to Winter Park, Fraser or the Ski Resort! For those who need access a gym and pool, the Grand Park Recreation Center is 1 mile up the road. There is also no shortage of hiking and biking trails surrounding the condo!
