The Neighborhood:
LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! One mile to the South is downtown Winter Park, with it's countless shops, galleries, restaurants, bars, breweries and an outdoor amphitheater that hosts festivals and concerts in the summer months.

Just one block to the North is downtown Fraser featuring coffee shops, restaurants, ski and bike shops, breweries and a distillery. Right outside the front door is Vicious Cycle Brewery which offers a rotating list of amazing beers and a great place to hang with friends.
