Experience a mountain retreat at this three-bedroom condo located in Fraser. This unit features a split-level design, an open floor plan, and ample space for you and your family to appreciate the forest and mountain vistas from the private deck, along with on-site amenities such as indoor hot tubs, a summer picnic area, and a tennis court.
Upon entering the unit, you are greeted by the open floor plan adorned with new carpeting and contemporary furnishings. The living room boasts vaulted ceilings that enhance the overall atmosphere; the sofas are arranged around a wood-burning fireplace, perfect for cozy winter evenings, and a flat-screen TV is available for watching movies or your favorite programs. You can also access the private deck, which offers a tranquil setting to enjoy the surrounding forest and mountain scenery.
The dining room accommodates up to four guests, with additional seating for four at the breakfast bar, conveniently located near both the main living area and the fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen is outfitted with painted cabinets, countertops, tile flooring, and new appliances.
On this level, the primary bedroom features a king-sized bed and an en-suite full bathroom. Furthermore, a washer and dryer are conveniently located in the main entry hallway.
The upper level of the condo includes two additional bedrooms and bathrooms. The second bedroom is furnished with three beds—a twin bed and a pull-out sofa—along with a flat-screen TV, vaulted ceilings, and an en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom contains a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower enclosure. Please be aware that this third bedroom has only a half wall, making it open to the main living area below. An additional amenity for the unit is a ski locker situated outside the main entrance.
The complex offers two indoor hot tubs, a summer picnic area and tennis courts. The complimentary town shuttle stop is located at the main entrance to the complex providing transportation to the ski resort, downtown Winter Park and the main street of Fraser.
