Our condo is located right off of Rendezvous Road among a row of modern townhomes. The Rendezvous trail system runs all through the neighborhood. There are countless miles of trails to explore through Arapahoe National Forest and Idlewild (a former ski resort). Within a 1 mile walk you can enjoy: two Lift stations (red line), Fireside Market, The Perk Coffee, Wake N' Bacon, Hernando's Pizza, a playground, and Winter Park's Main Street!
Nearby Fraser Recreation Center has an indoor pool, large workout room, gym, indoor basketball courts, sauna, and tumbling gym for kids.
Within a short 30-minute drive, you can dive into a wealth of activities and attractions. Discover Winter Park Resort, renowned for its world-class skiing, snowboarding, and mountain biking. Just minutes away, the Fraser Tubing Hill provides exhilarating fun for all ages, while the Colorado Adventure Park offers more thrilling tubing and fat biking experiences.

Trails begin just beyond the townhome, leading into the mountains where hiking, biking, and snowshoeing are waiting. After a day outdoors, gather around the gas fireplace or settle in at the dining table to share stories of the day.
Sleeping arrangements This home accommodates up to 10 guests with three bedrooms and 3.5 baths. The king suite offers an ensuite bath with a walk-in shower, while the queen suite also includes its own ensuite with a walk-in shower. A bunk room with three bunk sets provides a lively space for kids and cousins. Additional bathrooms include a hallway bath with a shower-tub combo and a main-floor half bath. Each bedroom is furnished with comfortable mattresses, bed linens, and window coverings for restful nights.
Outdoor living The private balcony overlooks quiet forest views, a perfect spot for morning coffee or evening drinks. A BBQ grill makes it simple to prepare dinner at home, while outdoor furniture offers a place to relax in the fresh air. Parking is convenient with a large 2-car garage and free on-site space for vehicles, bikes, and gear.
Kitchen & dining The fully stocked kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, hot water kettle, and drip coffee maker with coffee to get you started. Cooking basics, dishes, and barbecue utensils are provided, making meal preparation easy. Share meals at the dining table before heading out for the day or wind down with a home-cooked dinner after exploring.
Living spaces The open-concept living and dining area brings everyone together. Two leather sofas face the gas fireplace and TV, creating a comfortable setting for board games, reading, or quiet conversation.
Comfort and essentials Guests have access to fast Wi-Fi, heating, and a ceiling fan for year-round comfort. An in-unit washer and dryer, drying rack, iron, hangers, and safe are provided for convenience. Essentials such as towels, soap, and toilet paper are stocked. Safety features include smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit. Self check-in is seamless with a keypad and private entrance.
Neighborhood Located along Rendezvous Road in a row of townhomes, the property connects directly to the Rendezvous trail system. Within a 1 mile walk, you can reach Lift shuttle stations, Fireside Market, coffee shops, restaurants, a playground, and Main Street Fraser. The Fraser Recreation Center nearby includes an indoor pool, workout rooms, basketball courts, a sauna, and a tumbling gym for kids.
Nearby attractions Winter Park Resort is just 8 minutes away for skiing, snowboarding, and mountain biking. Fraser Tubing Hill and Colorado Adventure Park are both a short 6-minute drive. Other attractions include Devil’s Thumb Ranch at 14 minutes, Pole Creek Golf Club at 16 minutes, Hot Sulphur Springs in 30 minutes, and Rocky Mountain National Park in 45 minutes.

"The Lift" is a complimentary and convenient bus service throughout Winter Park and Fraser. We recommend downloading their app during your stay. The Lift also provides free pick-ups daily from 6pm to 2am.
To avoid I-70 traffic, you can travel directly to Fraser/Winter Park from Denver Airport. Take the RTD 'A Line' to Union Station, then enjoy a scenic Amtrak ride to Fraser. Winter Park is the only Colorado ski town accessible by Amtrak.
Air Conditioning: Our cabin does not have AC but has various windows and doors that can be opened and fans. It is uncommon for mountain homes to have AC, as the outdoor temperatures are very comfortable.
