This 1 bed 1 bath condo provides all the essentials for your stay and the light and open floor plan makes you feel right at home. Located walking distance from trails, shuttle stop, supermarket, coffee shops, local restaurants, and just an 8-minute drive to the base of Winter Park. A small pond with benches and mountain views sits behind the unit, offering additional outdoor space right at your fingertips.

The space:
The condo has everything you need with a family room that includes a 65" TV; private bedroom with king-size bed, 55" TV and a desk; fully stocked bathroom; and your own washer/dryer. The 2nd bed is a custom-built queen Murphy bed with a standard size/thick mattress.

- Smart TVs with access to Cable TV, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Pandora & Amazon Music
- Shampoo/Conditioner, body wash, and other personal products

Guest access:
You’ll be able to access the space via keyless entry lock. You’ll have the home to yourself, and our goal is to provide everything that you might need to be autonomous, but this doesn’t mean that we won’t be available. We’ll be accessible so you won’t be on your own if questions or issues arise!

PLEASE NOTE, parking is across the street from the unit in the row of shared spaces. If full, additional shared parking is available on the next street up (Waterside Court). No parking is allowed in front of the garages as these are our neighbors' spaces.

Other things to note:
**Strictly NO SMOKING of any kind
**Our HOA restricts pets
**Those with strong pet allergies might consider another property since we do allow "service animals"
**This unit does not have AC - there are fans available but AC is not typically needed at this elevation
