Welcome to The Historic Woodlawn Estate. Step back in time to the late-1800’s in this 157 year-old estate. Consider Woodlawn your home away from home while you visit Fraziers Bottom. This beautiful property offers five bedrooms, including two king beds, two queen beds, and a cozy futon, perfect for families or groups. Woodlawn is set in middle of our 900 acre farm right on the Mason/Putnam Co. lines on rte. 817 with beautiful views for miles. The original brick house was built in 1867 and fully restored in 2019, resulting in a beautiful historic home that features every modern amenity making it the perfect family house for your VRBO experience. The house sleeps 10 in 4 bedrooms with 5 beds total. There also is a wonderful outdoor fireplace built for cozy nights around the open flame.

The property was beautiful and I felt right at home.After we loaded up to leave we realized that we had a flat tire. The Managers promptly jumped in to help us out and went out of their way to get us on the road safely. Not only was out stay restful and peaceful but the staff were kind and and went above and beyond. God bless you all!
