Ray is THE BOMB! What a fantastic welcome when we arrived in the middle of the night looking to get a few hours of rest. Keep him around - he made the stay TOTALLY worth it!

You get what you pay for! Under $100 a night, while in room, we heard everything outside, upstairs, and in hallway! I had a sleepless night due to hearing people coming their room around midnight, someone using the ice machine at 3am and the shower next door running at 6am. This is not the hotel if you want a good night’s sleep.

Confused why ratings are so high...

"Queen" beds were undersized. Looked a lot more like doubles. Crumbs on the floor near the bed. Charging ports near bed looked like somebody took a hammer to it. Stain on the carpet in the room. Bathroom was in rough shape. Wet paint sign on most of the walls in the hallway. Sunk into part of the floor in the hallway on the second floor. Entrance to outside on side of hotel didnt auto latch shut so I didnt even need to swipe in with my key to get back in. Hot portion of breakfast was watery eggs, undercooked and under seasoned potatoes and overcooked sausage links. But hey, the waffle iron made a decent waffle for my kids.

In need of some updates and repairs, I’m afraid. No stopper in sink, broken curtain, slow drains in sink and tub, and HVAC was a little wonky. Staff was very nice, and price/location were good.

They do not clean the rooms daily. I specifically asked and I was told they would not clean my room. Then the housekeeper showed up at my door at 9:30 am and couldn't understand when I told her what they had told me the day before. And she had no regular coffee that would work in my coffee pot. The staff are smug and unhelpful and seem to enjoy making the guests dissatisfied. This was the same experience.I had last week at a different Choice hotel. I will not stay here again.
