- We provide shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, and special towels for makeup removal

-Ground coffee packets are available, please make sure to use the provided coffee filters.

- Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance
- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
1st Offense will result in a $100 fine.
2nd Offense will result in a $250 fine.
- If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued.

- Please know the house is NOT CHILDPROOF, please be cautious of fire pit and hot tub areas. Never leave your child unattended.

- There are two (2) pack-n-plays for toddlers, with waterproof covers and sheets available for use.

- This property is NOT pet-friendly. If pets are discovered to be on property, there will be a $100 fine per pet.

- NO SMOKING ON PROPERTY

- We have a Smart doorbell that captures video of who comes/goes. Please no parties or additional people outside of your group in the home.

- TAXES:
6% state tax is added to your room rate
7% local hotel occupancy tax is also added to your room rate

- CANCELLATION POLICY:
Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
