Prepare your breakfast the way you like with eggs, butter, coffee, assorted teas, and spices. French doors open to your private covered porch where you can enjoy your morning coffee. Your living area has an electric fireplace, flat screen tv accompanied by a dvd player, dvds, games and books. We had a great time. The cottage was beautiful and cozy. The location was perfect! Secluded from the city but a close enough drive to enjoy the downtown experience. The fresh chicken eggs provided by host were yummy! We enjoy fresh food and that was nice to have. The robes provided were nice for our morning coffee sitting on the front porch. The only take away I have is… the bed was very uncomfortable. We did have a hard time with sleeping. And no wifi / cable made it hard for my husband to catch the playoff game. We had to watch it from our phone. But overall we loved the place and trip!

Lovely Hill Country Cottage

My husband and I decided to take a last minute trip to The Hill Country for the weekend. We found our stay at Alamo Springs Country Cottages to be quite pleasant. The cottage was thoughtfully decorated and provided much comfort. The location allowed us to unwind and disconnect from our everyday lives. We only wished we could have stayed longer.
