Front desk person was helpful and friendly. Room could have been cleaner, but they gave us a different room that was not for pets, so that could have been the issue.
We had a short stay over and it meet the needs.
Room was dirty, out dated. Majority of parking lot closed off, very difficult to find parking with a trailer. Staff didn't really know what he was doing, checking in took a really long time
absolutely filthy. I didn’t want my dog to stay in the room. I told them I wanted to cancel and find a hotel that was suitable and they wouldn’t give me my money back. found a beautiful Hilton Garden right around the corner for $10 more a night would’ve been worth $100 more a night.
The office staff were very friendly, so were the house keeping staff. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Would stay again.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service
We checked into a pet friendly room because it did not have carpet. At check-in the person stated it would be clean even though it was pet friendly. The floors had hair (human and pet hairs) all over it. When we checked out the next morning, I told the person that checked me out that I had a complaint. I explained about the hair. His comment was, WHAT DID YOU EXPECT, IT WAS A PET FRIENDLY ROOM. I told him I still expected it to be clean because I paid the same price for it as non-pet friendly room. Plus, I expect any hotel/motel room I rent to be clean. He just walked away. I feel that since I did not get what I paid for I should be entitled to a partial refund.
