Summary:

Location is hard to beat! This 3 bedroom and 2.5 bathrooms, sleeps up to 8 guests comfortably! You will be greeted by a spacious living room with beamed ceilings and limestone walls. Enjoy the large and comfortable leather sofa around the 56” Smart TV with family or friends. The fully equipped kitchen is separated by one of the original rock-walls from the late 1800's. Plus the kitchen is overlooking the beautifully landscaped backyard and outdoor fireplace. Managed by Heavenly Hosts

Downstairs: Master bedroom with a king bed and 2nd bedroom with a queen bed

Upstairs: 3rd bedroom with 2 queen beds

- 2.5 bathrooms:

Downstairs 1 master bathroom with his/her sinks + walk-in shower, it's connected between master bedroom and 2nd bedroom. There is a half bathroom (toilet and sink) in the hallway around the stairs.

Upstairs 1 full ensuite bathroom with 3rd bedroom

- Full kitchen with a full fridge, a dishwasher, toaster, blender and 2 coffee makers: Keurig and a drip coffee machine (no ice maker)

- Spacious living room with beamed ceilings and limestone walls

- Lovely and spacious fully fenced yard with a outdoor fireplace + BBQ grill available (Charcoal, BYO)

Perfect place for my husband and I to enjoy our anniversary with both of my sisters and their husbands. The house was beautiful, comfortable, and in a great location. We loved sitting out by the fireplace with a glass of wine after long days enjoying the hill country.

Our stay was okay, the house was old but some modifications had been made. Cleanliness was an area that needed improvement. Also, the instructions for locking the back door need to be expressed in a clearer manner. Overall, the stay was fine, we enjoyed being out and about exploring. Would probably not stay there again, there are other properties to choose from when available.

The house was so cute! But the beds were SO uncomfortable. Like sleeping on a big marshmallow. It smelled like someone had been smoking inside and the kitchen cabinets and floor was very sticky. Not as clean as we expected. The house cleaners need to do better.

Great but fleas

The house and location were great. We had ann issue with the second floor bedding but was addressed right away even on Christmas Day. Our two small dogs had gotten covered with fleas and couldn’t stop scratching. Maybe from the yard.

Lots of character

This home oozed with the character of times gone by. We loved the "rock room" and the gardens. The fences were even special. Our only problems were the coffee maker an the ice maker. So, we certainly didn't let that overshadow the quaintness and location. Loved it!!!

This lovely historic home fits our group perfectly, which is one of the reasons we returned to this specific rental for the second straight year. The location couldn't be better, with such a short walk to all the great shops and eateries on Main Street. The large back yard is truly a bonus. It is very private and has a wonderful outdoor fireplace. We loved relaxing by the fire with a glass of wine at the end of each busy day. We had a wonderful stay and hope to return yet again.
