Cross Mountain I 12 Cottages Great For Gatherings

Located on 33 acres just outside of Fredericksburg, TX and right off of Wine Road 290 is Cross Mountain Cottages. All 12 cottages offer the perfect setting and location for a quiet weekend retreat or for your special event with family & friends. There are nine newly built cottages and 3 that are original to the property, all impeccably furnished and decorated. There is also a stunning premiere event space available to book when renting all cottages. Please contact us if you'd be interested in renting the event space. Furthermore, there is a Ranch House at the rear of the property that can also be rented.

LOCATION - Located on 33 acres just outside Fredericksburg, TX off Wine Road 290 and 4 miles from the center of downtown Fredericksburg
SLEEPS - Up to 40 people; Cottages #1-8 each have two king bedrooms, Cottage #9 has one king bedroom, and Cottages #10-12 each have a queen bedroom
BATH - Cottages #1-8 each have two ensuite baths with combination tub/showers, Cottage #9 has a walk-in shower and a separate soaking tub, Cottages #10-12 each have a walk-in shower
KITCHEN - Each cottage has a kitchenette with a Keurig coffeemaker, refrigerator & microwave. (No Ice Maker)
AMENITIES - Beautiful views of the Hill Country with covered porches, a pond, outdoor common areas with a gas firepit & seating, common area outdoor pavilion with three gas grills, cornhole, WiFi, Smart TVs in all living & bedrooms. Cottage #9 has a makeup station. Cottage #12 has a hot tub.

The home is pet friendly and will accept up to 3 dogs but there is a pet fee of $27/dog/night (before tax) and the dogs are only allowed in Cottages #10, 11 or 12. Due to the fact that HomeAway/VRBO does not allow us to charge for more than one dog at the time of booking, please let us know if you will be bringing more than one dog, so that we can make sure that you are charged the correct amount. If you bring more than one dog and do not let us know, you will be charged accordingly. Furthermore, please bring crates for your dogs and crate them in your absence from the house, do not allow the dogs on furniture or beds, and pick up and properly dispose of their waste. If these rules are not followed, there will be an additional $200 charge added to your reservation.

Please be aware that there is a separate accommodation (The Ranch House) at the very rear of the property that may be occupied by other guests during your stay. The Ranch House is approximately 680 feet from the closest of the cottages.

This cottage offers its guests a hot tub. The front desk is open around the clock.
