I was super disappointed in paying for parking, when booking said it was complimentary. I asked the front desk and showed them my confirmation email. She said, "that's not true." Very unaccommodating!! Extra cost and taxes from confirmation email.

The hotel is in poor condition. The floor was showing through the rug in our room. The Hilton isn’t what it used to be. The highway is very noise you can hear it if you are on that side of the building. They charge for parking now. I would never stay at this Hilton again.

We did not have a great stay. Our room smelled a little hot and moldy. My quilt was stained and smelled like body order. They were quit to get us clean sheets. The breakfast said it started at 6:00 but they were still cooking stuff at that time and eggs were last to be ready maybe around 6:15 or so. I found a dirty bowl. There was no bagel knife to cut the already super stale bagels. The muffins were also not that great. The person who checked us in was very nice and pleasant but everyone else definitely lacked enthusiasm or true customer service. Pool is also small.

We kept searching around for a dirty diaper but couldn’t find anything . fridge wasn’t on so the next day our food wasn’t any good…and no, that’s not why the room smelled like trash. It stunk the whole time, we should have demanded a room switch but I was exhausted and couldn’t handle one more thing

Front desk staff was so welcoming and clearly answered all my questions about charges and hotel amenities. When I booked my stay, breakfast was an available add on @$4.00 which I chose. It turns out that the breakfast buffet is $19.99; It was actually worth about $4 in my opinion. Hot coffee is available all day in the lobby and was the best perk!!

Everything was fine. Although I was a bit taken aback with being charged $5 to allow me to park in the suburban hotel parking lot. It seemed cheap and opportunistic and a bit insulting.
