I had paid to stay there for three nights, but I was late, and i was not able to stay there the first night. When I showed up to get my next two nights, they had canceled my reservation and they kept my money and would not give me a room. If Hotels.com does not make this right then I’m going to cancel my account with you. I paid for the room for three nights, and whether I slept there the first night or not is there irrelevant. You can’t have it both ways. You can’t both keep my money in at the same time not give me my room. It’s one or the other. But not both. I’m very angry and I’m very dissatisfied with my service from Hotels.com. You have the ability to go to fight for me and to force that hotel to refund my last two nights or to give me my room and you’re not doing that. It is totally unacceptable.

The oatmeal was large flakes in tepid water.It had not been brought to a boil so it was not cooked and was just raw flakes in water! Swam in the pool and the guy at the desk said he would bring us towels but he forgot,so we had to walk back to our room, dripping wet and cold.
