Overall 7/10. Stayed in 2 rooms in the course of 2 days. Both rooms were semi clean in my opinions. Fingerprints and remnants of the previous guests were on every appliance in the kitchen, glad I brought my bleach wipes to the second room. The remotes sucked in both rooms, either aDelay due to need of changing in batteries or tv not working due to full calibration needed altogether. Overall not the worst I’ve stayed in. Staff was polite and be helpful. During my first reservation, I called prior to checking in and asked if I could extend or get another room for the next night and was told,” no we’re sold out”. However, was able to book online immediately. Not to sure what happened there but instead of an immediate certain no, actually look and make sure nextime.

This is mostly on Expedia and a csr from "the reservation desk" . I told him that I wanted to confirm that their was a hot tub and pool to be used during our stay and that our booking there depended on that confirmation. The $50 credit is more than unsatisfactory based on the fact that because I was mislead I literally missed out on All of what was planned and was truly a domino affect with my plans - No horse back tail ride, no buffet, no apple cider, and no pumpkin pie!

There was several pluses to this hotel the cleanliness and spacious suite. However, my stay was disrupted by dogs barking in the hotel room above me. I had to alert management and the issue was NOT resolved. This was frustrating because I was traveling with a newborn and toddler who both gotten woken up at 9pm, 11pm, and around 1:45am.

Very clean, food was good, really appreciated the small coffee makers in the room. We love our first couple cups of coffee earlier than when the breakfast room opens. Great place.

So many positives - had a king bed studio suite for a one night stay. Very clean, comfortable and stylish room. Complimentary parking and convenient for all local services and nearby Mall in Fredericksburg. Breakfast was disappointing- basic and predictably bland with little if any choice of healthy options.
