Great visit

We stayed 2 nights for spring break and specifically chose this property for the indoor pool. We enjoyed our stay very much! The pool was clean and warm (great for this cool time of year), our room was spacious and comfortable and the service was fantastic! We will stay again!

The nightstand, lamps, and other areas were very dusty. The floor in the bathroom was not clean, and hair and black stains were found on the bedding.

Room was laid out nicely.

We could hear the dog barking next door and the kid yelling across the hall. About 3AM I could hear the person in the next room snoring. The staff was nice. Room and door needed some updating. Two peepholes and both were blacked out.

I wanted a heated pool and hot tub and both were available. The only thing is the step in and out of the hot tub is dangerously steep if you’re over the age of 60!

Needs a good cleaning but good otherwise.

The bedding and towels were clean but the bedroom, bathroom, and stairwell needed a good cleaning. It looks like they hadn’t touched the stairwell in ages. The bathroom had hair and dirt on the floor and the bedroom needing a good sweep and vacuum. The hallways smelled clean and the breakfast and coffee at were decent.

Bad odors in rooms

The hotel is ‘under renovation’ but that shouldn’t excuse poor housekeeping. The room looked ok on arrival, but the odor was akin to a skunk in the air. It did not dissipate over the 24 hours we were there. The room had dirt and dust on all of the light fixtures and seemed that it only had been slightly and quickly gone over. Service was fine, but the room itself was not good.

I loved the king size room and bedroom separate from small living room!! Prices were excellent. I heard they are getting new management. Hope they keep it reasonable like I got. The only problem was shower clogged and neede to be snaked. Management was advised. Would recommend people to stay here.
