Welcome to the Nest at Roadrunner Ranch! Starry night skies and wildflowers abound at this hill country treasure. Located midway between Kerrville and Fredericksburg, the perfect location for visiting local wineries, shopping, theater and more. The 2-bedroom, 1-bath cottage is situated on 56 private acres with lots of wildlife and views. Enjoy a cool drink on the front porch or dine alfresco on the shady patio. Built in 2021, the modern farmhouse-style cottage is clean, new and cute as a button--just right for up to 4 people.
Quiet and private, the cottage is an ideal place to get away from it all. Being away from city centers means dark night skies that are full of stars. Despite the idyllic locale, you are just 15 miles away from downtown Fredericksburg and downtown Kerrville. San Antonio and Austin are also within easy reach.

Although it does not have a full kitchen, the kitchenette has a full-sized refrigerator with freezer, single electric hot plate, Keurig single-serve coffeemaker, toaster, waffle maker and microwave. Basic cookware, dishes, flatware and drinkware are provided. A stacked washer and dryer are at your disposal for small loads of laundry.

Beautiful and Peaceful Property

My daughter and I were traveling with her 4 month old baby and needed a quiet, clean and safe place to stay for an affordable price. This beautiful and brand new two bedroom farmhouse style home was perfect. It was SOOO CUTE! I was able to take the baby on walks during the day and let her nap without interruption. The property is about 15 miles from Fredericksburg which was fine for our needs. There are several deer out at night so if driving in the evening just be careful. I’d recommend this to small families looking for a quiet and safe environment with beautiful views..
