Welcome to The Farmhouse at a A Barn At The Quarry. Our amazingly unique 4-bedroom/4-bathroom rental home located in the heart of Fredericksburg's wine country on our expansive 11-acre farm. This one-of-a-kind farmhouse offers a perfect retreat for family reunions, organized retreats, birthday celebrations, bachelorette parties, baby showers, and quiet getaways. With its spacious layout and thoughtful amenities, it comfortably accommodates up to 12 people.

Perched at the top of the hill on our property, The Farmhouse boasts a large two-tiered private patio with breathtaking hill country views that stretch across the picturesque farms for miles. Experience stunning sunsets while dining al fresco at the spacious 12-person outdoor table or indulge some stargazing from the hot tub. Gather around the fire pit for some delicious s'mores and laughter with your loved ones. The patio also features an outdoor grill and bar area as well as comfortable seating areas where you can relax and unwind while immersing yourself in nature's beauty. Enjoy outdoor games like jumbo Jenga and ring toss that are fun for both kids and adults alike.

As guests of The Farmhouse, you will receive a complimentary bottle of wine along with a treat bag to feed our adorable resident furry friends - including our magical non-spitting llama and two delightful mini donkeys who freely roam across our expansive 11-acre farm. We provide essential supplies such as toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom) and paper towels (4 rolls total). Extra pillows, blankets and towels are also provided for your convenience. Additionally, there is ample parking right outside the front door and an easily accessible laundry room next to the kitchen.

The first floor features a fully stocked kitchen with new appliances where you'll find everything you need to entertain your guests - cast iron pots, pans, cooking utensils, wine glasses, dishware, shot glasses, you name it - it's all there! The semi-open floor plan connects the kitchen and dining room with stunning panoramic views to the large living room area which is perfect for entertaining your group of 12. A spacious master king suite awaits you with a luxurious ensuite bathroom featuring a beautifully remodeled spa-style shower with a rock floor and rainfall shower head. For added convenience, there is an additional half bathroom located in the common living room area.

Also on the first floor is our La Casita mother-in-law suite which attaches to the main living area of The Farmhouse. This separate section, that connects to the main living room of the house, has its own entrance from the front and direct access to the outdoor patio. It offers a private queen bedroom with an easily accessible ensuite handicapable bathroom that includes a roll-in shower and safety handrails for both the shower and toilet areas. The La Casita mother-in-law suite also features a large second living room area 2 extra couches (one that is a pull out queen couch), large TV, and kitchenette complete with an additional fridge and microwave - perfect for entertaining kids or providing quiet private relaxation space for those who prefer to turn in early.

The top floor houses a double queen bedroom and a king bedroom that share a bathroom equipped with double sink areas and a shower.
