This property was amazing. Beautifully decorated. It is well stocked and has more things you just don’t find in all vacation rentals. We loved the outdoor area just as well and the indoors. For our party of 10 it was perfect. The beds were so comfortable and it is immaculately clean!

I have rented multiple houses for family vacations over the years and this is hands down the best. The house is very well equipped from nice beds, towels for indoor and out, outdoor seating and another area to gather in for entertaining. I love to cook and usually bring things I will need just in case, while I did not cook during the stay, everything you could possibly need is at the house. The attention to detail is amazing, it seems more like you are at someone's home vs. a rental. If we ever take a family vacation to Fredericksburg again, I definitely know where we will stay.

Each of us had our seperate space for sleeping and lounging. 5 women had a great time. We watched a movie and a series from the large living area in the guest house. Everything was clean and up to date. The outside was beautiful and inviting. We all decided we would book again if we came back to Fredericksburg Thanks again

The Wine Down House exceeded my expectations. It is gorgeous!!! Family and friends loved the different living spaces, hot tub, and fire pit. This property had everything you could imagine and more. Beds were super comfy. Bathrooms had double vanities. Kitchen had everything you needed.Neighborhood was perfect. Felt safe the entire visit. Communication with Joe was fast, friendly, and professional. This was my first time being in charge of a VRBO property so I was a little nervous. Thanks Joe for being such an incredible host! Great property in a great location. Home has been updated beautifully. There is space for everyone to have some downtime. The kitchen and bars are stocked with all the items needed like utensils, coffee makers, pots, pans, glasses galore, toaster, really everything you would have at home. This is a great rental property for all ages.

If I could have rated the property, manager,and other criteria higher, I would have. Check-in was a breeze. The manager stayed in contact with me prior to and during our entire stay. It was obvious he wanted to assure our stay was a good one. The house was marvelous with tons of room and amenities. The outdoor sitting area was our favorite in the evening and early morning. We brought a number of support items with us but never saw the need to use them as the kitchen was more than amply equipped. This is our first time renting this property from this management company and I assure you it will not be the last. Our entire group of 6 highly recommends Wine Down House!!!!!!
