Roadtripping family

Great for families or roadtripping persons. Has ample parking, 2 elevators, friendly and prompt staff. The room was nice and clean, spacious for 2 adults and 2 kids. All of us fit on the very comfortable King bed but there is an extra sofa bed. Laundry machines; washer and dryer, are great and affordable. The bedroom has a microwave and a medium size empty fridge cold enough to refreeze cooler items. Ice machines down the hall with beverage vending machines beside it. Complimentary breakfast is decent and filling, dining hall and buffet is not very spacious; good coffee machines nescafe great for freshly ground espresso.

Everything Is Good Here -- Except Breakfast

Everything was good -- staff was nice, rooms were clean, the gym and pool are small but good -- except one thing. Breakfast was a mess. The food itself was fine, but the set-up was terribly inefficient. First, they only offer it from 7-9, so everybody has to cram in during the same small window. Long lines, and the whole process is backwards. You have to pick the sauces and condiments before you even know what food is available. And you have to get your juice or coffee first, so it's awkward to carry that while you get food. And so much plastic and waste. Please use real cutlery and plates; why are you creating so much garbage? If they fix the way they do breakfast, then there will be nothing to complain about here.

We had a wonderful experience staying here. The staff were lovely, friendly, and polite. The hotel was clean, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The hot breakfast included eggs and sausages, and the breakfast area was spacious. The beds were very comfortable with soft mattresses — we had a great night’s sleep.

Although the food looked delicious we stood in line for so long for the omelette and sausage that we left with having only cold toast. Very disappointing seeing that we booked the room because of the breakfast that was included

AMAZING

We’ve travelled extensively from coast to coast, on both the Canadian and US side, and we have to say this was one of the best kept hotels we ever stayed in. It blows all other hotels out of the water. The breakfast is AMAZING. Pancakes, sausage, eggs, beans, fresh fruits, hot & ready oatmeal, plus much more. The rooms are very clean and very comfortable. I hate entering a hotel room and getting the ‘ick’ from a smell or seeing it run down & dirty. When you enter this room, you feel immediately relived, comfortable & relaxed. It is so clean and the beds & linens are so very comfortable. I just can’t say enough good things about this hotels. You are doing it right. Bravo. Thank you.
