At first glance, this appears to be a very nice hotel. However, the staff were not very friendly. Neither were they rude. They were simply very cold and bore vacant stares, sort of like Star Trek aliens. While checking out, we mentioned that the bed linen was wrinkled, the carpet was dirty and the TV remote did not work. The guy did not even acknowledge our comment. He just kept on preparing our invoice. There was, however, a wonderful restaurant in the lobby, The Pickle Barrell, that served excellent food and was manned by very friendly staff. We highly recommend it if you are in the area. Just stay somewhere else!

Enjoyed our stay, room was huge but there is very little signage to find things like ice machines. When you get off the elevator on the designated floors for the ice machines there is nothing. The room could use a few more chairs for comfort as well.

I was not impressed when I asked for a late checkout and was told that it would be ~$58 plus tax. I said to the person at the front desk that I didn't think this was appropriate, especially considering the hotel would be emptying out as the large conference was ending that day. She stated that she doesn't make the rules. I declined to check out late and saved my $.
