Rooms need to be exterminated and website need to indicate if pool is not open. The pool was closed and awaiting inspection. I did not like that no customer courtesy was given being that I my stay was 2 weeks at hotel. I spoke to Manager on site and he just said he will let his manager know.

The property did not have WiFi. I was planning on working from the hotel, and due to this issue I had to make alternate arrangements which cost me money. The was not disclosed until later when I learnt it was not working. And the staff had no clue when we this will get fixed. I stayed for 3 nights and it not fixed the entire time I was there. I heard from others it has been down for weeks. I left a voicemail to the General Manager who did not bother too call back.

Very pleasant, friendly staff. The room was clean, updated with a comfortable bed. Coffee, bottled water and a small refrigerator are provided which I very much appreciated. The bathroom was clean but not quite as updated as the room. I took 1 star off because there is nothing to hold onto in the shower and the shelf for placing toiletries was tiny. I had to walk through the entirety of the (wet) shower stall to get to that tiny shelf when it came time to collect my personal shampoo and conditioner. It served the purpose though and the shower had plenty of hot water. I would definitely stay here again.

Room was in very poor condition. Clean but rundown. Mattress was ancient and felt like a rock. Walls are paper thin, as are the ceilings and floors. Could hear every conversation around us and every time someone walked in the hallway above our room. Whole hotel felt and smelled damp.

Fine until we spent the night with no electricity

Stay was fine initially. It’s an older property but it’s a decent stay and close to where I needed to commute to. My issue was on the second night there was no power. No elevator no shower. An entire night without electricity. They slipped a paper under the door which was not immediately seen. They offered to switch to a sister hotel 15-20 minutes away. I was not driving so this would have meant a longer more expensive uber ride to get to my job location. What they offered me was a 25% discount when services were not available for 50% of the nights stay. I understand they had no control over the situation but the burden should not be placed on the customer.

The hotel was clean and beds were comfortable. Unfortunately there is no breakfast available on weekdays and it is not walkable as there are no sidewalks anywhere in that area, so getting to food is difficult. It also lists the property as having good noise reduction, but we heard massive amounts of partying happening until easily 3am on a Friday night because of events hosted at the hotel, and staff didn’t seem to intervene to keep up quiet hours.
