The Beach House is designed with big families or large groups in mind with very nice finishes. Pirate’s Treasure has granite countertops thought. The house is built with 10’ high ceilings throughout with a cathedral ceiling in the living room, dining room, and kitchen area. The gourmet kitchen is designed with entertaining in mind and has plenty of room, stainless steel appliances, and large French door refrigerator with 2 ice makers, lots of counter space and a large 9’ granite island that seats 5 people. Big, fully stocked kitchen with cookware, flatware, dishes, utensils, etc. Dishwasher, Stove with Oven and Glass Cooktop, Microwave, 1 large Refrigerator, 2 small refrigerator and small freezer, Keurig Coffee Brewer, Blender, Toaster Oven The kitchen is open to the dining room and living room area so you can still be part of the group while you cooking a meal. The living room has a large 70' Samsung Smart flat screen TV, AppleTV, Blu-ray/DVD player, stereo with iPod Dock. There is lots of Seating with 3 extra-large leather couches. We have an Outdoor Kitchen with a 5 burner large gas grill. There is a large 12’x42’ covered porch to stay out of the sun and a 22'x42' uncovered deck great for parties and get togethers. Picnic Table and Adirondack Chairs on the Deck This outside deck area you can really enjoy the fantastic views and hear the waves on the beach. We have plenty of parking both on the concrete under the house and in the large driveway for 10 cars. Trash Pickup Twice Weekly. Board Games, Puzzles, Cards, etc.

Beautiful home right on the beach! Great forward facing chairs on the deck with drink holders, to just relax and enjoy the beautiful Gulf of Mexico view (with a coffee or beverage).There is a nice fire pit. The beds are very comfortable. Everyone was extremely pleased with this modern, clean, well-maintained home. It is a 5 star vacation home in a great location close to everything. The owner thought of everything and added lots of thoughtful touches. Highly recommend!

It doesn’t look like it is pet friendly, it’s SUPER CLEAN!!! Every single part of the house we enjoyed it’s a reason for us to rent it again. We had bad experiences in the past with other houses that were pet friendly not because we had pets but because the only choices we had back then, now this house was a whole different story,the owner really takes care of this property and I want to say it’s HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

By far the best rental property we ever rented. The home is beautiful, right on the beach which my wife really want, clean, and plenty of space to roam about. One of the better areas we hang around is the deck area. It would have been better if we figured out how to light up the fireplace.Well equipped kitchen except we didn't do a lot of cooking. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and my family said this vacation home is a keeper for future rental. Hopefully we could come back here next summer.And the best part is Ross is so easy to communicate with. It was a very pleasant experience overall.Definitely 10 out of 10.

We had a terrific long weekend at Surfside. We have stayed at this house many times and the owner is very responsive to any questions or problems that we may have. The kitchen is well stocked for a large group and the deck is perfect with a covered area in case of rain or too much sun.

Perfect Vacation House!

We absolutely loved our stay. There was ample room for all of our kids and grandkids. We spent a ton of time on the huge deck or on the beach. The master is upstairs with a separate living room. Ross was great at communicating and highly accommodating! I highly recommend!

This sweet beach house was perfect for our time away with family and friends! The host was very accommodating and helpful, going above and beyond what we expected. The deck is the perfect place to gather and enjoy the outdoors! There were 13 of us and we were more than comfortable in the space. We would definitely love to come back!

Surfside beach house

We always enjoy our stay at Pirate's Treasure. the house is well appointed and plenty of storage for food and drinks so we don't have to leave the beach to go into town. we especially enjoy having a covered area on the deck as we had some rainy days and could still enjoy being outside.

Truly worth the experience!

The ambience is indulging and welcoming. The view from the deck is absolutely beautiful even coming from the inside. The set up outside on the deck including downstairs was really thought out very convenient and relaxing.The home was fully equipped with everything we needed. From cookware to bedding, towels including beach supplies. Out of everything the kids room including the well supplied kids toys was an experience i know my kids will have with them forever. Overall it is well worth every penny. Our family will definitely be coming back.
