Special holidays such as Memorial day, 4th of July, Labor day, Thanksgiving, Christmas... Etc have a 3 minimum nights required and special holiday rates.

An amazing, beautiful, spacious and very comfortable home only one minute walk from the beautiful sparkling sand of Surfside Beach, TX. Fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances and a wine chiller for that perfect glass of your favorite wine. Pets are welcome in our home with an additional pet fee for ALL pets brought into the home. Pet fees are determined as follows:
Pets weighing less than 20 lbs., pet fee is $100
