Great place but was not clean prior to our arrival. Made the owner aware and we cleaned up. Sent list to owner and never received a reply. We’ve used another home belonging to this owner many times and had absolutely no complaints. This time was disappointing in the house but we had a great time.

we had originally booked heavenly views but was asked the week of the stay to switch homes, due to another family needing the wheelchair ramp. I was ok about switching but then felt a little regret, since I had booked this back in February. once we arrived to the new place ocean mist my regret went away, this place was a beautiful, spacey and my family was comfortable. we had the best 4 days; kitchen was big and had all the utensils pots and pans we needed. Thank you again i recommend highly, and will defiantly return

Family trip

The property manager communicated the check in with plenty of time, we jad no problems getting the key and into the home. The home is 2 bedrooms on the main floor and 2 bedrooms upstairs with a pair of bunk beds in an alcove upstairs, they were just open as you walked upstairs. The house fit all of our family, it had plenty of towels and dishes and the 2 and a half baths seemed to work okay for us. The house if just 2 away from the beach so it was very nice, you could sit on the porch in the morning and catch a sunrise or if you just wanted to relax in the evening you could do so without the sun shining on you. If we return to Surfside beach we would definitely look for this house first.

Beautiful beach house

The house was great overall! The kitchen was nice and everything was clean and the beds were all very comfortable. Space was good and we had a nice view of the beach and could walk right there. The listing wasn't completely accurate, there were a few things advertised that were missing, and we had issues with the Wi-Fi that the owner couldn't resolve. They were also doing some quick maintenance while we were there

Great location and plenty of Room

Had a wonderful St Patrick’s weekend and plenty of room for our large family. House had wonderful views and just a few steps from the beach. Everything was very clean and all beds were nice and comfortable. And since no place is perfect, our only problem was that it just needed cookie sheets. Hard to bake biscuits without them 😆 Thanks for the lovely rental opportunity.

The location and views to the beach was everything.. getting in the house was easy..kitchen was really spacious and nice . Furniture outside was very outdated and rusty and pillows was dirty.. we found stains on sheets, shower wall was cracked and had dried up blood..they listed the property 6 bedroom 3 bathroom. It really was 4 bedroom 21/2 bathroom with beds in open space and extra bed in living room and master bedroom..Also they charged $750 for Hosts services which no one did anything or contacted me for anything..I would definitely return to the beach but not the house...

Fantastic Stay

There were 22 of us and everyone had a blast. The property was in a terrific location. We had one problem with the outdoor shower but the owners were quick to respond. I would definitely recommend this property to others.
