Summary:
Escape to Treasure Island, in a charming loft home near Galveston and Surfside. This tranquil retreat is a short walk from the beach, offering easy access to sunbathing, swimming, fishing, and shell collecting. Enjoy stunning sunrises and sunsets from the wrap-around patio, all while savoring the peaceful island serenity away from the crowds.

The Space:
Our house is well-suited for families and/or couples looking for a relaxing stay away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Treasure Island observes quiet times after 10pm.

KITCHEN & DINING
- With an open concept living, and a fully-equipped kitchen for making all of your favorite dishes. It also features plenty of cabinet space and in our pantry to store all your groceries.

-Our dining table can seat 6 people comfortably, and there is also extra seating at the mini-bar in the kitchen and the island in-between.

LIVING ROOM:

- This space features a Smart TV to stream all of your favorite shows and movies.
- Cozy up on the patio seating area to read a book while you watch the afternoon sunset.

BEDROOMS:
This place have 3 bedrooms and 2 lofts

Bedroom 1: master bedroom (located next to the living room) offers a king-size bed and has doors that open right up to the patio. And is conveniently located next to a full restroom for easy access.

Bedroom 2: are on the other side of the house. King bed and a designated work space with a built-in table and rolling chair.

Bedroom 3: has a full-sized bed and an extra seating chair in the cozy nook for reading or lounging.
*** Both bedrooms are conveniently located near the second bathroom. Both bedrooms 2 & 3 ALSO share a private balcony.

The "secret" Bedroom 4 is just up the ladder to the loft. Up there you will find two twin beds with a chair and plenty of shelving space for storage. So much fun!!

PATIO
Our wrap-around patio offers plenty of seating for dining, relaxing or enjoying your morning coffee.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire space except for an owner's closet!

Getting Around:
Getting around is easiest with a vehicle, as the property is located in an area that's best explored by car. You'll find ample parking on the premises; the driveway comfortably fits up to four vehicles. Please adhere to parking guidelines during your stay: refrain from parking on the grass, the street, or neighboring properties. It’s important to ensure that traffic flow on the street remains unobstructed.
