The house in an all is really nice. There is a few issues. The owner may want to address as far as vent falling down in kitchen ceiling, toilet seat not fitting on guest bathroom and a weird smell to the water. Other than that, it was great and very clean upon our arrival.

Needs work

Needs updates and repairs. Couch was lacking stuffing, bed was sagging-rolled to the middle, round toilet seat on oval bowl, chunks of wall gone, nails coming up on deck, deck railing loose, tub nozzle loose, lots of rust inside and out, bedroom door doesn’t shut because flooring is very wavy. I was tripping constantly.
