Cocoonr agency offers for rent, in the commune of Fréhel, this charming flat less than a kilometre from the beach, with wifi (4G key), with a surface area of 70 m² and can accommodate up to 6 travellers. Located on the 2ᵉ floor (with lift), it consists of a pretty 35 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two nice bedrooms, a shower room. Cleaning is included in the rental and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels), your bed will be prepared on arrival.

Please note that construction work is underway opposite the residence. This may cause some noise or visual disturbance at certain times. However, the work is suspended at weekends and on public holidays, as well as during August.

Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Aber leider war derBalkon nicht sauber und es fehlten Liegestühle.Auch aller Fenster hätten eine Reinigung gebraucht.Ansonsten war die Wohnung sehr gut ausgestattet.Leider befand sich gegenüber der Wohnung eine Großbaustelle, die uns gestört hat.Helmut Nink

Eine moderne schöne Ferienwohnung

Sehr freundlicher Empfang durch die Agentur, eine moderne komplett eingerichtete Wohnung, großzüge Raumaufteilung, großer Balkon, alles 100% sauber, sehr ruhig, Tiefgaragenparkplatz und nur 10 Minuten zum Strand, wir möchten gerne wieder kommen, es hat einfach alles gepasst.

Les pins #210 "Große Ferienwohnung mit großem Balkon in Traumlage der Bretagne, sehr zu empfehlen. 🙂 Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist super nah zum Strand, ca 50m. Direkt nebenan ein kleiner regionaler Supermarkt (eher Tante Emma), Wassersport-Equipment und Fahrradverleih unmittelbar nebenan. Foodtruck steht auch in der Nähe, Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar, wenn man abends mal keine Lust hat zu kochen. Großer Balkon, Platz für mehr als 4 Leute. Schöne Küche ausgestattet mit Induktion-Kochfelder, E-Herd, Mikrowelle und Waschmaschine. Top. Wir hatten das Glück wärend eines Beachvolleyballturniers über 6 Tage viele Sportbegeisterte Franzosen zu erleben. Ein Event. Die Buchten drumrum ein Traum, wir kommen gerne wieder. :-) Velen Dank. 🙁 Handwerker im Haus, von der Wohnung nebenan und dementsprechend auch Lärmpegel und (Farb)Spuren in der Diele und am Gang. Fenster im Hausflur wären schön gewesen wegen der Farbausdünstungen.."

Les pins #210 Une location conforme à l’annonce et à nos attentes. Appartement propre, spacieux, bien équipé. Linge de maison fourni donc c’est un vrai plus. Petit bémol car quelques nuisances sonores dues aux travaux d’aménagement dans la résidence et dans un appartement voisin. Sinon, rien à dire nous recommandons cette location et sa localisation.
