Apartment 'World Heritage City Freiberg 1' with Wi-Fi

The 60 m² apartment in Freiberg accommodates up to 5 guests and features 2 bedrooms with a total of 2 to 4 beds. There is a kitchen, a bathroom with shower, and a hallway connecting all rooms separately. Amenities include private Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, and self check-in. Towels and bed linen are provided.



Please note there is a dog in the house who is a bit skittish. If we need to pass your floor with the dog, we kindly ask you to wait briefly (about 1 minute) behind the glass hallway door until the stairway light turns off automatically. The dog always wears a muzzle and is on a leash. We will explain this protocol to you personally upon arrival. Our communication language is German. You can reach us by message before and during your stay.



The historic building dates from 1893 and was completely renovated between 2011 and 2013, preserving the original wooden floors, which may creak at times.



The heating is eco-friendly and computer-controlled, keeping a constant 21°C in winter. Higher temperatures are available on request and for an extra fee, and can only be set by the host.



The train station is 400 m away, as are shops, supermarkets, and drugstores. The city center is 500 m away, and the university is about 2.5 km (approx. 30 minutes on foot).



Freiberg is an attractive destination with a beautiful Christmas market in winter and pleasant city walks in summer. Day trips to Dresden are possible from the nearby train station.



Parties and loud music are not allowed. Waste separation is mandatory. All bins must be emptied before departure, and dishes must be washed and put away. Please make sure the toilet flush does not keep running after use.

This apartment offers its guests laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
