Not really recommended.

Check in was weird as the reception was closed. There was an envelope with our room key. Room was OK but very small and the shower could not be closed due to weird construction. The shower floor was very slippery. Breakfast buffet was excellent. There is no restaurant and the nearest place to eat is some kilometers across a rather steep descent.

Nice hotel in pleasant location

The hotel is in a nice location with good views and while a 15 min walk from the town centre the last part is quite steep to walk up. Breakfast was ok but not exceptional and could go on a little later at the weekend. My room was in a separate building but that was fine and it was comfortable.

Dirty. Inconvenient. Nice view.

The room was dirty. Even found empty beer bottles in the middle of the floor. Extremely small. May be few square meters to walk around. Confusing check in.

Zimmer etwas klein, aber praktisch eingerichtet. Es fehlen ein TV, Kaffeemaschine, bzw. Wasserkocher mit Tee, Kaffee. Sauber und ruhig. Personal sehr aufmerksam, Frühstück mit allem was man braucht.

Das Frühstücksbuffet ließ keine Wünsche offen. Es gab alles was das Herz begehrt- frischgepresste Säfte, verschiedene tolle Brötchen/Brot, Marmalade, Rührei, gekochte Eier, viele verschiedene Sorten Käse, Wurst Schinken, Dips, frisches Obst toll aufgeschnitten, Tomaten, Paprika, Gurken….. Ich habe bestimmt noch Einiges vergessen-also wirklich lecker !!! Und die Aussicht dabei ist ein Traum :-))

Sehr gutes Preis - Leistungsverhältnis. Das Haus liegt etwas über Freiburg, so dass sich ein guter Blick ergibt. Fussläufig ist man in 8 min. in der Innenstadt. Wir waren schon das 2.mal in diesem Haus und kommen gern wieder.

Oberhalb der City gelegen, in mitten eines historischen Villenviertels, eine ideale Unterkunft für Kurzreisende und Erholungssuchende. Wer auf einen Fernseher im Zimmer verzichten kann, stattdessen lieber abends mit einem Viertel Wein auf der Terrasse mit tollem Blick über die Stadt sitzen will, ist bei diesem Preis-/Leistungs-Sieger gut aufgehoben.

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt und alles hat super geklappt. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und das Frühstück super! Die Lage ist herrlich. Wenn ich das nächste Mal wieder in Freiburg bin, dann würde ich wieder die selbe Unterkunft buchen.
