Very difficult to get to with a private car since it is in a no traffic zone. Would recommend parking outside the no traffic zone with a small, hotel shuttle van.

Central and lovely

Great location just a 10 minute walk from the train station. Right in the centre of town just a couple of minutes from the cathedral. Bed was comfortable and bathroom clean with good shower. Breakfast was nice with a lovely setting in a cool bar area. Great hotel in a perfect spot.

Excellent Boutique Hotel in Old Town Freiburg

We had a fantastic stay at this boutique hotel in the heart of Old Town. We stepped out the door right into the Christmas market. The room was newly remodeled with modern furnishings. It was a decent size for Europe and very comfortable, spotlessly clean, and quiet. The bed was on the firm side. Good breakfast in the morning. Excellent, cozy bar with great service. The whole team was terrific. Since it was Christmas Market season, we opted to park in a public garage about 5 minutes walk away rather than the hotel's underground garage. The traffic was nuts, and we didn't want the hassle of navigating the car through the crowds. We highly recommend this hotel and would stay there again.

Angenehm überrascht war ich, dass unser Zimmer bereits um 12.00 bezugsbereit war, obwohl wir nur die Gepäckaufbewahrung bis zum angegebenen Check in in Anspruch nehmen wollten. Toll war ebenfalls, dass wir am Sonntag unser Zimmer bis 12.00 behalten durften. Das Frühstücksbuffet war toll und vielfältig. Ich würde wieder das Hotel am Rathaus wählen für meinen nächsten Aufenthalt in Freiburg.

Das Hotel ist super Zentral gelegen. Tiefgarage ist eng aber gut. Das Zimmer geräumig und das Bad modern und einfach eingerichtet. Trotz der Fussgängerzone war es ruhig im Zimmer. Sehr feines Frühstücksbuffet, wo jeder was findet. Der Raum ist schön ausgestattet. Würde wieder dieses Hotel wählen.

Ein hervorragender Aufenthalt.

Super gelegen. Schnelle und kompetente Kommunikation. Saubere und komfortable Zimmer. Hervorragend. Das Frühstück hätte für unseren Geschmack noch etwas mehr Qualität haben können (Guacamole, Humus etc. leider alles als „Fertig-Produkt“ aus dem Supermarkt in Gläser umgefüllt. Das schmeckt man dann auch.) Deshalb haben wir einen Stern abgezogen. Wir bedanken uns und kommen gerne wieder :)
