Located on the 2nd floor with an elevator, this bright apartment enjoys a southwest orientation and a beautiful view. It is located in a secure, high-end residence (with cameras). It includes a bedroom with a double bed size 160 x 200, a fully equipped kitchen, and a functional shower room. The dining area is ideal for your meals, with a table and chairs, while the cozy living room has a size 140 x 190 convertible sofa, perfect for accommodating additional guests. You can also enjoy a balcony and a large terrace with direct views of the boats downstairs.

You will particularly appreciate its practicality and brightness.

## Emplacement
Fréjus is a seaside and tourist resort on the French Riviera. It has also been rated a City of Art and History. It was originally a Roman town founded in 49 B.C. to oppose the city of Marseille, which then dominated the region. Fréjus is the site with the largest French concentration of ancient remains after Arles.
There is also the François Léotard nature base (outdoor sports complex with many events in the summer).
