Raphaelle die Vermieterin ist sehr zuverlässig in der Kommunikation. Das Haus ist wunderschön gelegen, der Blick auf das Meer ist sehr schön. Sehr toller Pool. Alles was nötig ist ist vorhanden in der Küche. Das Bett im oberen Schlafzimmer ist nicht geeignet für große Personen, sonst hängen die Füße heraus. Fliegengitter vor den Schlafzimmerfenstern wären gut, damit man nachts die Fenster offen halten könnte und die Klimaanlage nicht benötigt wird. Alles in allem ein tolles Haus.

Traumhafte Aussicht

Wir 4 Personen und ein Hund hatten eine erholsame Zeit in der ruhig gelegenen Villa mit großem neuen Pool und tollem Ausblick in die Bucht von Frejus und Saint Raphaell.Das Haus hat viel Charme und ist liebevoll dekoriert. Der Garten ist herrlich eingewachsen, komplett eingezäunt und nicht einsehbar. Die eingestellten Fotos sind aktuell.Die ursprüngliche Küche ist ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen aber bietet durch eine zusätzliche Arbeitsinsel viel Platz.Da sich das Haus in einem reinen Wohngebiet befindet, benötigt man zum Einkaufen ein Auto. Die Zufahrt ins Grundstück ist aufgrund der Hanglage etwas steil aber mit normalen PKWs gut machbar. Zwei schattige Stellplätze einer davon mit Überdachung sind vorhanden.Außerhalb des Grundstücks gibt es eine kleine Grünfläche. 2 Kurven weiter über eine Treppe mit grünem Geländer gibt es einen schmalen Weg zwischen den Häusern bergan über welchen man in den Wald gelangt und eine tolle Aussicht hat. So hatten wir mit unserem Hund eine schöne Morgenrunde.Die Eigentümerin Raphaelle ist stets gut erreichbar, für alle Fragen und Anliegen offen und bestrebt einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu bieten. Bisher haben zwei Schlafzimmer eine Klimaanlage, bis zum nächsten Jahr sollen weitere installiert werden.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Ein traumhafter Aufenthalt – wir kommen wieder!Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa in Saint-Tropez war einfach unvergesslich. Die Beschreibung der Unterkunft war nicht nur absolut zutreffend – unsere Erwartungen wurden sogar übertroffen! Alles war genauso schön (wenn nicht schöner!) als auf den Bildern.Der Check-in mit Patrick war unkompliziert, herzlich und sehr professionell – ein perfekter Start in den Urlaub. Die Gastgeberin Raphaëlle war jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns mit großartigen Empfehlungen für Restaurants und Ausflüge in der Umgebung versorgt. Man merkt sofort, mit wie viel Herzblut sie sich um ihre Gäste kümmert.Die Villa ist mit unglaublich viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet – überall finden sich wunderschönen Kunstwerke der Gastgeberin, die dem Haus eine ganz besondere, persönliche Atmosphäre verleihen. Es ist nicht einfach nur ein Ferienhaus, sondern ein inspirierender Ort voller Charakter.Auch unser Hund hat sich rundum wohlgefühlt – das komplett eingezäunte Grundstück ist ideal für einen Urlaub mit Vierbeiner. Für uns steht fest: Wir kommen wieder und freuen uns jetzt schon auf den nächsten Aufenthalt in dieser einzigartigen Villa.Vielen Dank für diese wunderbare Zeit!
