Appartement bien situé, proche des commerces. Accès au garage pas pratique et situé dans une autre résidence. Pas de climatisation. Cafetière et bouilloire à changer car vétustes. Canapé inconfortable.

Laminat knarzt, Tapete löst sich von Wand, scheint sehr hastig renoviert zu sein, ungleichmäßige Küchenutensilien (4 Teller aber Besteck für 30, 12 Sektgläser aber nur 5 normale Gläser, keine Tassen, kein Gefäß um Tee aufzubewahren(Karaffe)), Garage in ganz anderem Gebäude - sehr ungünstig! Lage Top, 50 m bis zum markt, 100 m bis zum Meer, Gesellschaftsspiele (Monopoly, Mikado etc.) vorort - war gut. Für Kinder bzw Familien mit Kindern nicht geeignet, da keine richtige Schlafmöglichkeit.

L'appart est très bien. En revanche, le garage proposé n'est pas à proximité ( environ 300 mètres avec les bagages, aussi j'y ai renoncé ). Le balcon est sali par des déjections d'oiseau, mais nous n'en avions pas l'usage...
