In the heart of the Massif de l'Esterel, come and discover this haven of peace nestling in a prestigious residential park planted with trees. You'll love the tranquillity of the setting and the exceptional natural environment, with its terraces planted with Mediterranean flowers.
This 40 m² flat can accommodate 2 people and comprises a sofa lounge, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, a kitchen and a private terrace, ideal for relaxing while admiring the sublime view of Mont Vinaigre. Bed linen and towels provided.

Accommodation:
The flat, located on level -1, is as follows:

- An air-conditioned living room with sofa, coffee table, flat-screen TV and dining area for 4 guests.
- A fully-equipped open-plan kitchen: oven, hob, fridge, microwave, Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine, kettle, toaster, toaster, croque monsieur toaster, crockery and cutlery, electric griddle, bar with two armchairs...
- One bedroom, overlooking the terrace, with a queen-size double bed (160 cm x 200 cm).
- Bathroom with bath, washbasin and hairdryer.
- Shared laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

Outside :
- A beautiful 20 m² private terrace equipped with barbecue, table and chairs, parasol and 2 deckchairs. An ideal place to relax, read and contemplate the magnificent view over the countryside.
- A 10,000 m² woodland area for walks.
- A relaxation area where you can enjoy a boules pitch, as well as various games: darts, rackets, etc. and a tennis court available to our tenants in the residence.
- Tennis rackets and golf clubs available on loan.

The area :
The accommodation is located in a magnificent 300-hectare private, secure estate, and is ideally situated between the sea and the mountains. Les Adrets-de-l'Estérel has all the tourist shops you need nearby, as well as a shopping area with a supermarket in Mandelieu, 5 km from the property.

Activities :
The owners will put together a programme for you to discover the Côte d'Azur and its many attractive sites. You can go hiking or mountain biking on the region's signposted trails, spend a pleasant day by Lake Saint-Cassien, stroll along the coastline, go shopping in Cannes, relax on the beaches of Cannes and Mandelieu, play golf, stroll in the heart of the Massif de l'Esterel, visit Saint-Tropez and the surrounding area...

Des petites choses bien pensées pour qu'on s'y sente bien, sans manquer de rien et c'est réussi (le parapluie, la tourist box, les draps qui sentent bons, la buanderie mignonne avec des machines bien entretenues, etc.). L'emplacement : au calme total, parfait pour bien se reposer. Et assez proche en voiture du bord de mer ou de départs de rando dans l'Estérel. Très bon accueil. Bravo pour ce lieu si agréable ! Peut-être à une prochaine fois car c'est très tentant d'y revenir. :)"

Appartamento bello, confortevole e attrezzato. Accoglienza cordiale e precisa. Ottima alternativa al lungo mare, 15 min in macchina, che permette rilassarsi dopo una giornata sulla costa e punto di partenza ideale alla scoperta della zona.

Le Petit Thao Bonjour. La personne de l'agence qui nous a accueilli à notre arrivé a été très sympathique, et claire dans ses explications et très souriante. Entre le moment de la réservation et jusqu'au départ, nous recevons des mails explicatifs bien utiles. Une belle surprise nous attendais dans le logement (petit cadeau) ce qui est quand même très chouette. Endroit calme, avec une jolie vue sur le mont vinaigre et logement très très lumineux. Nous y reviendront avec joie si nous devions revenir dans le coin. Le seul petit bémol pour moi qui suis en surpoids, , c'est qu'il y a plusieurs escaliers pour arriver au logement, mais mon chevalier servant c'est occupé du transport des bagages alors.....Tout ce que je peux dire, c'est que l'agence est au top et professionnelle alors n'hésitez pas à y aller.

Geweldig!

Het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien, is comfortabel en heeft een prachtig uitzicht. Er is een zonnig terras. De omgeving is prachtig. Je kunt wandelen in de grote steden en in de kleinere dorpen. Maar ook in de natuur en aan de prachtige côte d'azur. Het appartement is zeer aan te bevelen en de 5 sterren meer dan waard.
