This is a beautiful, modern, new villa of approximately 102m², on two levels, designed for four to five people, tastefully decorated with light wood, stone, metal and mirrors and with aIr-conditioning
On the ground floor:
- Small swimming pool heated to 28°C with sun terrace equipped with four sun loungers and a parasol;
The pool has a compliant volumetric pool alarm, but given the proximity of the pool, we prefer to only welcome children who can swim.
- 2 master suites, each with its own en-suite bathroom and large sliding wardrobe with mirrored doors, 160 cm wide bed. The bedrooms have a view and direct access to the pool area through a large sliding glass door.
The 2 bedrooms are separated by a long corridor.
- 1 separate toilet located in the middle of the corridor
- 1 garage with automatic sectional overhead door + a private parking space in front of the garage.
The garage has direct access to the interior of the villa with a lockable door.
An internal staircase and an external staircase lead to the upper floor.

On the first floor:
- 40m² open-plan space with fully equipped open-plan kitchen with central island, living room and dining room opening onto a 25m² outdoor terrace with trees, south-facing with pleasant unobstructed views of exotic vegetation.
The terrace is furnished with a dining table for five people, a coffee table with armchairs (plancha grill available).

In October, we will be delighted to welcome participants in the Roc d'Azur event, offering equipment storage and proximity to certain trails that pass in front of the villa.

Smoking is allowed in designated areas at this Fréjus villa.
