La villa ne correspond pas à l'annonce

Plusieurs points négatifs: - c'est un appartement, pas une villa - jardin peu entretenu et pas utilisable - terrasses et barbecue au rez-de-chaussée peu accessibles depuis l'appartement au 1er étage - localisation trop éloignée (2,5 km) de la plage alors que l'annonce mentionnait 600 m - rambarde du balcon du 1er dangereuse (trop basse) - rue trop bruyante - localisation précise sur la carte impossible avant le paiement... si nous avions pu voir la localisation avant, nous n'aurions pas loué cet objet - en conséquence, prix trop élevé pour cet objet

Traumhaftes Haus mit sehr freundlichen Gastgebern - Lage prüfen!

Supermoderne Wohnung in St. Aygulf. Man hat ein ganzes Anwesen für sich (Stand Aug. 22). Leider ist die Lage etwas weiter hinter im Ort. Die Position in der Buchung wurde näher am Strand angezeigt ( Av. Fruhinsoltz) mit 6min Fußweg zum Plage de la Galiote. Das stimmte so nicht, es waren 6 Minuten mit dem Auto und auch zum Bäcker etc. kann man nicht eben mal zu Fuß gehen. Im August war es bei uns recht warm, nur das Wohnzimmer war mit einer Klimaanlage ausgerüstet. Die weiteren Räume habe Dyson Ventilatoren. Man kann die Fenster öffnen und dank der Meerluft kühlen, aber dann kommen Abends leider auch Mücken herein. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, alles ist toll ausgestattet und hochmodern. Basisversorgung ist vorhanden, man muss nicht alles selber kaufen. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit dort.
