Renovated and new apartment. (75M2 and 35M2 of terraces) with Garage.
Located less than 20 meters from the beach, you only have to cross the street before crossing the sand. This beachfront apartment has direct access from all rooms to the terraces with breathtaking views of the bay and exceptional brightness.
It consists of a beautiful entrance with many cupboards, a large double living-dining room with a sofa bed (sleeping 140) many chairs, a dining table for 6 people and a television.
You will also find a large kitchen fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, large fridge-freezer 2 doors, oven, hob, microwave, toaster, coffee machine Dolce Gusto, kettle, dishes and saucepan.
A bathroom and a separate toilet serve the two bedrooms: one with two single beds and one with a double bed (160), equipped with storage space.

Great location with lots of space

We stayed at this apartment with two adults, a teenager, a toddler, and a baby. The view from apartment can't be beat! You can see the ocean from every room, and St. Raphael is on the other side of the bay as well. It's seriously right at the beach, so you can go for a swim whenever you want from the balcony without having to bring a bunch of stuff with you or planning anything. Port Frejus is a really nice town. It has lots of good restaurants, but it's not so busy that you have to wait in line or something like that to get in. You can walk to St. Raphael in about 20 min. or the port is maybe 7 minutes walk away, where you can walk around and check out yachts and restaurants. (Which turned out to be really useful to get the baby to fall asleep because apparently, he hates the beach!) There's an old airbase that's been turned into a nature reserve about 15 min walk away where you can picnic next to some playgrounds or go jogging. A big supermarket is one street back from the apartment, and there's a really good bakery called Secrets du Famillie up the block which you should definitely try out! The kitchen and utensils are adequate to cook pretty much whatever you want, the fridge is big and high-end. The stove is induction and gets really hot. We called Florence twice, and she answered once right away or the other time within a few minutes, so if there's any kind of problem, you should be able to get her right away. We didn't use the living room as a bedroom, but the couch folds out. So, I think it would've been okay with two more people. The balcony is accessible from every room, so you wouldn' t need to wake the guys in the living room up in the morning. My wife is starting to make fun of me because this review is so long: something about a director's cut version of a Ridley Scott film. I wasn't really listening =D Anyway, it's a nice big apartment with a great location and you'll definitely have a lot of fun here. I think you'd be hard pressed to find a better apartment than this one in Port Frejus!

Great gem of a property

Having visited the area before, this apartment ticked all the boxes for a family of four. Everything you need is included - full kitchen, bedding and plenty of seating/lounging space. The location is quite simply A1 - metres from the golden beaches of Fréjus, a very short walk to the harbour and a supermarket (Casino) literally behind. Florence communicated brilliantly and clearly had a passion for ensuring that we enjoyed our stay. My only prior concern was the lack of aircon but I really shouldn't have worried, the gentle breeze off the sea and fans provided were more than sufficient to keep the apartment cool both day and night. Great find, five stars and am already missing being able to watch the world go by from the spacious balcony. Not a matter of will I rebook but when...

Notre meilleure location à Fréjus en 20 ans

Très bel appartement, avec un immense balcon d’angle. Sûrement l’un des meilleurs emplacements du front de mer à Frejus. Il manque juste la clim pour que tout soit parfait. Nous reviendrons en famille avec plaisir.

Appartement lumineux avec vue mer et proche de toutes les commodités

L'atout de cet appartement est sa situation: belle vue mer, accès rapide à la plage, proximité des commerces et restaurants. L'appartement est spacieux et lumineux, bien pour un couple et deux enfants ou ados. Il est conforme à la description. Les parties communes sont propres mais vieillissantes car l'immeuble est ancien. Le système des clés dans le boîtier est judicieux car il permet d'arriver sans créneau défini (certaines clés pourraient être enlevées du trousseau car inutiles). Le contact a été très facile avec la propriétaire qui est très aimable. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et n'hésiterons pas à réserver cet appartement si nous revenons passer nos vacances à FREJUS.

Allez y les yeux fermés!

Que dire?...La propriétaire est charmante, prévenante et attentionnée. L'appartement est propre, pratique et très lumineux. Aucune mauvaise surprise! Je vous recommande vivement de séjourner à Fréjus en posant vos valises "chez Florence"!
