Welcome to our 100 m² house in Saint-Aygulf, ideal for a holiday on the French Riviera. Designed to accommodate up to 6 guests, it offers generous living spaces, a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and all the comfort you need to fully enjoy your stay.

The house features a beautiful living area with an open-plan kitchen connected to the lounge. All 3 bedrooms are located upstairs, allowing for a clear separation between the sleeping area and the living area: one 12 m² bedroom and two large 25 m² bedrooms, offering comfort, storage space, and peace and quiet.

This is the perfect rental for guests looking for peace, space, security, and a prime location in Saint-Aygulf, one of the most sought-after areas between unspoiled nature and the Mediterranean coastline. Saint-Aygulf is also described by the local tourist office as a district of Fréjus nestled between the Villepey lagoons and the beaches.

Outside, you can enjoy a private 80 m² garden with a private swimming pool, a true luxury for making the most of your holiday at your own pace: swimming in complete privacy, enjoying lunch on the terrace, relaxing in the sun, or spending summer evenings with family and friends.

Guest access

You will have exclusive use of the entire property during your stay. Check-in and check-out are arranged in advance with the host, including a welcome and an inventory/inspection.
Linen & housekeeping
End-of-stay cleaning is mandatory and carried out by a professional.
For stays of 6 nights or more, household linen is provided.
For stays of fewer than 6 nights, linen is optional at €21 per person. Please specify your request at the time of booking or in your messages before arrival.

Tourist tax & security deposit
