Always clean and friendly. Few restraunts and bars within walking distance. Can walk to the Wolf river as well

Things were okay. The room set up was okay. The couch was hard and small, so uncomfortable as is. There were bobby pins and beads on the floor, so the room didn't feel very clean. There was not a squirt of shower gel in the bottle. There was no elevator, which we made do - although would be nice to be made aware before we made reservations too - so could pack things accordingly to carry up the stairs. Saturday morning, they were completely out of the warm eggs for breakfast and didn't have time to wait for them to replenish - so had to leave without any breakfast (as gluten-free, so not many options that I could even eat otherwise).

No one was attending the food,biscuits weredriedout and hard as rocks,serving utensils caked with congiled gravy, eggs cold,out of coffee and the one pot that was there was cold. When I asked for coffee they said to go out in the lobby for some. Seemed to be understaffed,traveling work crews depleted breakfast buffet before guests got to eat.

Upon check-in, the staff was very nice however, the room we reserved was said to be unavailable. It took quite some time for them to find the king room that we had reserved and wanted to pay for. Apparently, their computer system does not “talk“ very well with Hotels.com.
