Could have been better

Received text instructions prior to check in and check out for room 22 using the "door check in, check out code" and using the online guest portal. I didn't understand any of that and neither did the front desk clerk. Ice machine on1st and 2nd floor inoperative; had to go to 3rd floor for ice. Front desk apparently knew about it, but did not advise us ahead of time, so I wasted time running around every floor to find a working machine. Noise from water flowing in adjacent rooms annoying. Meager breakfast offerings; no juice machine.

Cute Little Place!

We had a very lovely stay, French Lick is a cute little town. The Inn had a great location. The place is outdated, but we didn’t mind that. Our mattress was very hard and uncomfortable though. Overall, we would stay here again though.

We accidentally locked our self’s out at 1:30am and the girl was so nice about being woke up at that hour and without issue helped us out. It was clean and quiet and great price.

Best deal in French Lick

Inn has been renovated very well. It was spotless! Bed is ultra comfy. Shower is great and everything is new! Close to everything.

Wonderful hotel

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. They had dishes for us to cook, several linens, toiletries. Our room looked very modern and well taken care of. The staff was very friendly and efficient.

The Valley Inn is in a great location, between French Lick Resort and West Baden Resort. It was recently remodeled, very clean, with friendly staff. When compared to the prices of nearby hotels/resorts, it's a non-decision. Stay here and save a couple hundred bucks!

No frills, but nice room!

Nice and clean. Newly renovated. Had a mini fridge, microwave, t.v. coffee maker. Hair dryer. Small table and chairs.Bed was too soft for us but it was ok. Manager was really friendly and nice! Would stay here again!
