It is exactly as described. I was there for a stop on a long drive and it was perfect. The babbling brook is a plus.

It was well prepared and the pictures were accurate. It must have recently rained so some of the area was rain splattered but to be expected when tent camping. The only constructive thing I can think of would maybe be a little signage to indicate where the tent was but we got that figured out.It was perfect for what I needed for the night.
